Awgazi Fridays

Terms & Conditions

Last updated · 13 July 2026

1. Definitions

  • "We", "us", "our" means Awgazi Nights, the promoter and organiser of the Event.
  • "Event" means Awgazi Fridays, taking place at Klub Glasgow on the date stated on the website.
  • "Venue" means Klub Glasgow, the physical venue hosting the Event.
  • "You", "your" means the person purchasing a ticket, reserving a table, entering the giveaway, or attending the Event.
  • "Ticket" means a digital pre-sale ticket issued by us in the form of a unique QR code.

2. Acceptance

By purchasing a Ticket, reserving a table, or attending the Event you confirm that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy. The Event is strictly 18+. Valid government-issued photo ID is required for entry. No ID, no entry, no refund.

3. Tickets

  • Pre-sale Tickets are sold online and delivered electronically as a QR code to the email address provided at checkout.
  • Each QR code is unique and single-use. Duplicated, screenshotted, or transferred tickets may be refused at the door at our and the Venue's sole discretion, without refund.
  • All Ticket sales are final and strictly non-refundable. Tickets are not exchangeable, not transferable, and not returnable for credit. Refunds are only issued if the Event is cancelled in full by us — see section 8.
  • Re-selling Tickets for profit or above face value is prohibited and will void the Ticket without refund.
  • Door price is payable in addition only if pre-sale has sold out. Door entry is at the Venue's discretion and subject to capacity. Door sales are also non-refundable.
  • It is your responsibility to keep your Ticket safe. Lost tickets can usually be resent on request to the original purchase email; we do not refund lost, stolen, or misplaced tickets.
  • Single entries are permitted, but you accept full responsibility for arriving alone; a single-ticket purchase is expressly non-refundable regardless of whether you attend or not.
  • Only Elevated Entry and Backstage Royalty Tickets include a welcome drink, queue priority, and one (1) automatic 818 giveaway entry. Vibe Starter Tickets and door entry do not include these perks.

4. Table Reservations

  • Tables are reserved by paying the table fee online in full. Bottle service is settled at the door on the night, by card or cash.
  • Bottle and mixer selections are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute with an equivalent product without notice or refund.
  • Tables are held until 12:30am. Late arrivals forfeit the reservation without refund and the deposit will not be returned.
  • Table deposits are strictly non-refundable from the moment payment is taken. No cooling-off period applies (see section 8a). Change of mind, no-shows, illness, weather, and travel disruption do not qualify for a refund.
  • The booking host is responsible for the conduct of every member of their party at the table.
  • Damage to Venue property or aggressive behaviour will be charged to the host and may result in removal without refund.

5. Conduct & Venue Rules

The Event is subject to the Venue's house rules and the conditions of its premises licence. Anti-social behaviour, intoxication on arrival, drug use or supply, theft, harassment, discrimination, and aggression of any kind will result in immediate removal without refund and may be reported to Police Scotland. Smart-casual dress code applies — no sportswear. The Venue operates CCTV at all times, conducts search-on-entry, and reserves the right to refuse entry to any individual without giving reasons.

6. Photography, Filming & Image Rights

The Event is photographed and filmed for promotional use across our official channels and third-party media platforms. By attending you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your image in this manner. If you object to a specific image, contact us via Instagram and we will use reasonable efforts to remove it from our own channels; we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms or accounts.

7. Intellectual Property

All branding, artwork, photography, video, the "Awgazi" name, logos, and the website content are owned by us or our licensors. You may share our content on personal social media; commercial use, modification, or republication requires our prior written consent.

8. Cancellation & Changes

We may change the lineup, DJ set times, room programming, décor, or production at any time without notice and without refund. Reduced enjoyment, disappointment with the lineup, changes in set times, temporary closure of a bar or section of the Venue, and adverse weather or travel disruption do not entitle you to a refund.

If the Event is cancelled in full by us, pre-sale Tickets and table deposits will be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation announcement. We are not liable for travel, accommodation, lost earnings, or any other consequential costs. If the Event is postponed to a rescheduled date, Tickets and deposits are automatically honoured for that rescheduled date; refunds for a postponement are only available on written request within 14 days of the announcement.

8a. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK CCR 2013)

Contracts for leisure activities supplied on a specific date or during a specific period — including concerts, club events, live entertainment, and table bookings tied to a specific event date — are expressly excluded from the 14-day online cancellation right under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

By completing checkout you: (a) expressly request that we begin performance of the booking service immediately; (b) acknowledge that the exemption in Regulation 28(1)(h) applies to your Ticket and/or table deposit; and (c) waive any right you may otherwise have had to cancel and receive a refund during the 14-day cooling-off period. This clause does not affect your statutory rights in circumstances where a refund is required by law (for example, if we cancel the Event in full).

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the laws of Scotland.

Subject to that, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with the Event or these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for your Ticket and/or table deposit. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us, the Venue, our staff, and our partners harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law, or your conduct at the Event.

11. Force Majeure

We are not in breach of these Terms, nor liable for delay or failure to perform, where caused by an event outside our reasonable control, including (without limitation) acts of God, fire, flood, severe weather, pandemic, civil unrest, terrorism, strike action, Venue closure, or licensing/government action.

12. Data Protection

We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the information on the website, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to the Event and supersede any prior representations.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
