Where and when is the next night?+

We're moving to a new home and the comeback date is being finalised. Announcement coming soon — follow @awgazinights on Instagram and TikTok, or join the list, and you'll hear it first.

How does presale work?+

Buy online and you're locked in. Vibe Starter (£10) gets you in the door. Elevated Entry (£13) and Backstage Royalty (£20) also include a welcome drink on arrival and queue priority if there's a line. Your QR ticket lives in your Account under My Tickets — download it and show it on the door.

Are tickets on sale right now?+

Not yet. Sales open as soon as the new home and date are announced. Everything you buy after that lands straight in your Account.

Can I book a table?+

Table reservations are coming soon. They return with the new room — announcement coming soon.

Doors, age & ID?+

Doors 11pm · Last entry 1am · Close 3am · 18+ ID required. Smart-casual — no sportswear. No ID, no entry, no refund.

What is your refund policy?+

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. No refunds, no exchanges, no transfers. By completing checkout you expressly request and consent to immediate performance of the booking service and acknowledge that under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, contracts for leisure activities supplied on a specific date are exempt from the 14-day online cancellation right. Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled in full by us — in which case you'll be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days.

Can I change my mind and cancel?+

No. Once your booking is confirmed at checkout the sale is final. If you can't make it, we do not offer credit, transfers, or refunds.
