Door price is also £10 on the night (cash/POS, subject to capacity) but you skip the welcome drink, queue priority and giveaway entry.

Presale tickets get you full floor access. Elevated Entry and above include 1 giveaway entry, a welcome drink on arrival and queue priority. Tables are the elevated experience — priority entry for your group, a bottle of your choice, 1 giveaway entry per seat at your table, and front-row access to the Awgazi Moment at 1:30am (confetti, dancers, full production).

Reserve online by paying the table fee — your table is held instantly. The bottle is settled at the door on the night. Table deposits are strictly non-refundable once paid. Tables not claimed by 12:30am are forfeited without refund.

All ticket sales and table deposits are final and non-refundable. No refunds, no exchanges, no transfers. By completing checkout you expressly request and consent to immediate performance of the booking service and acknowledge that under Regulation 28(1)(h) of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, contracts for leisure activities supplied on a specific date (concerts, club events, live entertainment) are exempt from the 14-day online cancellation right. Refunds are only issued if the Event is cancelled in full by us — in which case you'll be refunded to the original payment method within 14 days. No refunds for: change of mind, no-shows, late arrival past last entry, refusal of entry (ID / dress code / intoxication / conduct), lost or transferred tickets, adverse weather, travel disruption, lineup or set-time changes, or reduced personal enjoyment. No. Once your booking is confirmed at checkout the sale is final. The 14-day online cooling-off period does not apply to event tickets or table deposits (UK CCR 2013, Regulation 28). If you can't make it, we do not offer credit, transfers, or refunds.
